Opened up the toilet tank cover and there was mold! John came and took care of it quickly and professionally. The toilet tank is now clear of mold and clean. I would definitely use him again. He gave lots of helpful advice to avoid mold in the future.

I contacted Done Right for mold removal and they were able to make it out same day and take immediate action. John was very helpful with answering any questions I had, along with explaining in detail what happened and how it can be treated. Highly recommend!!Done Right Carpet & Restoration, Inc.

I contacted Done Right because they're based in my neighborhood of Spring Lake Park and I try to support local business. I had a good gut feeling about my company choice based on their positive web customer reviews and nearly 30 years in business. So, I discovered on Saturday, October 15th, that my daughter's basement bedroom carpet was sopped after the recent storm and may have been taking on water even before that. She had been staying at her mom's over the past month. Good thing, because she would have been breathing in black mold. The entire bottom of her box spring looked like a science experiment gone wrong. So I removed the box spring out of the house and started thinking. While I wanted to gut everything myself I knew I'd have to call professionals -- so I looked up locals and found John at Done Right in my neighborhood. I called at about 4 pm and he was an hour away on a job but assured me he'd be over that very night. He arrived with two other crew members, immediately asked to see the room, ran tests with instrumentation, and told me what had happened. After a very lengthy discussion, his answering my questions, etc., he gave me a reasonable quote and went to work--immediately at 7 pm on a Saturday night. They moved furniture out, ripped up the wet carpet and pad, sanitized the cement underneath, did something with a mold abatement product, and then moved in their filtering/drying/dehumidifying fans. He told me it would take three full days of operating to dry/filter everything and he'd be back Tuesday. I wrote him a check and they were in and out in under two hours. Couldn't be happier. Of course, he told me how to fix the problem -- which was due to an egress window issue, gutter system, lack of drain tile, lot grade, etc. End point is, it shouldn't happen again. So impressed. Waterpipe burst and caused two rooms to be partially flooded, called Done Right at 6:00am and they were at our door in less than 90 minutes, there professionalism and knowledge help us relax knowing that we were being taken care of !!! I contacted Done Right through the BBB to get a quote on mold in a newly purchased home in Andover. I received a response within the hour and they arrived an hour later. Jon the owner was very professional and knowledgeable on what the process would be to treat the mold issue and what steps we should take to prevent this in the future. The quote for the job was given on the spot and no waiting till later or the next day to receive one. Jon and his helper were able to start immediately which was beyond my expectations and a huge relief to get this mold taken care of and have quality air in the home. All rotted wood was removed in the basement wall under the deck including part of the subfloor in front of the patio door. I cannot wait to see the end results in a few days I am a very satisfied customerDone Right Carpet & Restoration, Inc.

We couldn't not have been happier with Done Right Carpet & Restoration. John quickly responded to our call, assessed the problem thoroughly, explained what needed to be done in a way could understand. and started the right mitigation that day. He kept our insurer in the loop which expedited our claim. Two days later the problem was behind us. I highly recommend Done Right Carpet & Restoration.Done Right Carpet & Restoration, Inc.
