    Digital Impact Solutions is a great company to work with. Vendor complaint below with **** who supplied our product to us (the buyer from Digital Impact) did not send the correct order that was asked and we did not want the product. They also took over 3 months to complete the order which isn't typical. The Team at Digital Impact has always finished all of our projects and even recommended more cost effective solutions for us as well. The vendor below is very well aware of the issues they were having on their end and was very upset when pointed out to them. We understand this was also ordered during the pandemic, but the supplier could have been more informative. Also the supplier has been paid to clarify.

    Digital Impact ordered two sets of custom aluminum parts from ** and never paid for either bill, totaling over $4,500.The receptionist mysteriously always says the owner/purchaser, *************************, is unavailable and now they send our calls to voicemail when we try to call at all. We have emailed and left multiple voicemails with them, but they have never responded in either format.Digital Impact clearly is not trustworthy and they are unable to manage their cash and pay their vendors.
