I can't say enough good about the Roto Rooter team in St. Cloud, **. Our sewer backed up and they were so responsive. All of the guys were so cordial. We found out we were going to have part of our underground pipe dug up and they switched some other people around so they were able to get ours fixed the next day. Thank you so much for everything you did for us in getting this fixed, We appreciate it.

This business does not even deserve one star. I was told by the technician that my blockage was where the drain pipes come together from bathrooms on both ends of house, after his diagnostics. He said it wasnt plumbed correctly and would need to be redone. According to him he had used his camera to find the blockage. I was shown no photos. He then quoted me $600 to unblock it. I told him for $75 I could have my plumber friend unblock it. And for that amount of money get the pipe situation corrected. He charged me $99 for his diagnostics. When my plumber came he checked the installation of pipes and said they were done correctly AND that the cover that would need to be removed to put down the camera (since a toilet had not been removed to do so) had not been touched. For $100 my problem was solved ( I gave him a tip for being an honest plumberand friend.). Its a shame that Roto-Rooter seems to be into ripping off customers. I bet they thought this old lady would believe anything they said. I may be old but Im neither gullible nor stupid!!
