      I've recently done business with *****'s heating making a purchase and received services on September 19th for a little over $3000. The same day I personally went to the office and payed with a credit card. I was told they couldn't give me a receipt but would mail it. Later that week I still haven't received one so I called to ask again, but had to leave a message saying if they can't produce one by next Monday I would stop the payment and write a check. They are two blocks away, why can't they just drop it off? I don't know the reason for this, is there extra charges? Are they keeping my CC card to use for something else? Can't I just get an explanation?One week later after leaving a message over the weekend I still can't get a receipt! Will I ever get one? Are they waiting and putting my bill on a different date etc?

      I mailed the receipt to the ** Box as requested. It can take a few days to enter all the paperwork, file the inspections and register equipment. You came in to pay before we were even finished with the job so how could I possible have a receipt for you then! We have done absolutely nothing wrong. IN FACT, we have gone out of our way to comply with your many unusual requests. The inspectors changed their process for you, we complied with your every request, and I feel we have gone above and beyond. I have tried calling you many times but you do not answer your phone and your voicemail is full therefore I cannot leave a message.

       

      All work was completed as scheduled and all inspections were done and have passed. This complaint is COMPLETELY UNFOUNDED!!!!!!!!!!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I have gotten my receipt. That's what I wanted.
