    This company was removing a tree in my neighbors yard drove their equipment through my yard doing damage to my yard and the owner, who was a real a****** said he was gonna do absolutely nothing about it and walked away. No permission was given to them to enter onto my property. ????????????

    This is not a customer. This is a neighbor who thought he could get a new lawn out of me because we removed a tree that was over his property. Our equipment is similar to a riding lawn mower or golf cart and I don't believe it was ever on his property anyway. His complaint was about dragging branches across his grass, which was under the limbs. The limbs were lowered down on rope. They did touch his grass but did no damage. This man is a self entitled abuser of contractors. There is no way this work could have been performed in which he wouldn't have complained. If we had cut it up small enough to lift without touching his grass he would be complaining about the sawdust.
