?????????? I worked with Jeff to install a radon mitigation system. I called and he was able to come out the same day to give an estimate, and the system was installed just a few days later. The whole team at AllStar Basements also went above and beyond to answer my many questions via phone call and text message. I truly can’t say enough great things about AllStar Basements! They were responsive, professional, and overall so wonderful to work with! I HIGHLY recommend.

5 starsNot only did Jeff lead us to the best plan for our home, but the install team was outstanding! The foreman and his crew were the hardest working crew I have witnessed in awhile. The foreman even skipped lunch to make sure our job was done accurately and on time. Big shout out to all team members that made this hard to swallow cost, bearable. 5 starsJune 3rd I purchased a 1916 foreclosed home that I knew would need work. Wow did it ever!!?? I was completely out of my league till I called All Star Basement Specialist I am thrilled with my new basement. Jeff gave me an estimate and checked out the location personally. I paid a deposit and the next day the team were at the house ready to rock. The team of professionals that fixed the basement were prompt and very, very hardworking. They achieved an awesome result in one day. A new sum pump, new concrete and wrapped my basement from top to bottom with clean white tough industrial water resistant wrap. I am no longer worried about water in the basement. No more damp dungeon smell. Thank goodness. They went above and beyond!!! ?????????? I am incredibly grateful to this team for all they have done to make my new place feel like my home. Lastly, I requested structural enforcement updated to the building in order to bring the basement up to code. No more squeaking floors. Next is my front steps to be mud jacked since it is sloped slightly. If you are dealing with basement concerns I would highly recommend you call the All STAR Basement Specialist they are 10/10 the best. ???????????????????? 2 starsThe initial experience seemed to go okay, as they bid far less for the job than a competitor, and the work they did was quick and the crew was professional. However, it became quickly apparent that the problem that I’d originally called them for had not been fixed. After a few follow-up visits, including one shot in the dark effort that made things worse, they eventually decided they had never encountered my issue before and didn’t know how to fix it (this after they already had the money from their initial “fix”). After assurances that they would follow-up, I stopped hearing from them altogether. If you have a very minor, straightforward issue, you may decide to give them a call, but anything requiring real expertise or that might need follow-up or consistent communication, maybe search elsewhere.
