  Deonte was great to work with in getting our new roof and gutters. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and the process as easy as possible. He was extremely responsive to every question we had and responded to every text/call/VM quickly and professionally. He rearranged his schedule multiple times to accommodate our needs. He walked us through the claims process with insurance, made sure to be there to advocate on our behalf when the inspector came (on a Sunday! And he even waited with us when the inspector was an hour late!), and has been our contact through everything. The roofing team arrived right on time and finished our roof in less than two days and it looks great. The gutter guys were a bit late and clean-up was not great, but the gutters and leaf guards themselves look excellent. We also had an issue with our bathroom fan and Chris helped get us in contact with the right people to get that addressed as well. They also stress that their work is guaranteed and under warranty so that gives us peace of mind. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.

  ****** was not only our sales person he was also the point of contact. He communicated with ** from beginning to end. You expect hiccups in a big project like siding but he was very intentional in explaining and following-up so we never felt frustrated. This young man was a phenomenal gatekeeper and he took great care of ** and showed ** that he valued ** as customers. Our siding is beautiful! The exact color we wanted. You should give this company a chance. They will take care of you and get the job done. They worked on the holiday. How awesome is that! Completed all aspects of siding including clean-up within one week. We are highly satisfied. Waiting for inspectors final word.

  Alstar contacted us. We set up appointment ***** came out. While talking more to his shop than **. Ended up ripping up contract Infront of **. His words where, I have to get engineer's out here. A couple of numbers were thrown out for concrete, class 5. Said ok. About 2 months went by. Someone from there office called for follow up. Asked how it went. They were surprised to hear what i told them. Office lady said (I will send manger out) About another 3 months have passed no calls or anything. (Beware)

  I recently had my roof done and I can't say enough good things about this company. From the initial bid to the pulling of the permit and the project clean up...everything was right on point. They completed my roof on a Sunday because I work from home during the week. The crew completed the entire roof in one day. They communicated with me regarding every aspect of the project. The bid for the project was significantly lower than other bids I had obtained for the job. The crew was very knowledgeable and they didn't leave until every shingle was cleaned up and all of my questions were answered. I can not say enough good things about this company and I would definitely have them complete additional work on my home. They truly deserve a 5 star rating!

  The worst home improvement company i have ever worked with. Had a bathroom remodel with this company. Due to multiple issues with contractor, i requested city inspector to come out, and Permits (Plumbing and HVAC),were not pulled per contract and multiple issues were sighted.. Multiple construction errors including incorrect drywall placed around tub and had to be corrected and wall tile issues in bathroom. Project took way longer than it should have, even with Covid. (about ~ 4.5 months from start to finish) Company did let go multiple employees during construction due to work quality issues. Company representative refused to do final walkthrough on bathroom to discuss owner concerns with quality and workmanship at finish of project.

We understand the emotional nature of clients concerning the timeliness of completing projects in this contemporary age. With supply chain issues still impacting the industry post-Covid, our clients are inconvenienced by factors that far exceed our control. Our staff maintains a high level of professionalism with our clients and we expect the same from any third-party vendors. Anyone who can't not comply is dismissed as referenced in your review. We also must ensure the safety of our employees, so when we are instructed to leave a domicile, we instruct staff to immediately comply especially if they are berated in an irate manner. In the case of your job, we remedied the poor work quality of the first vendor and subsequent vendors completed the job professionally and in an efficient time (considering supply-chain). Your bathroom project was completed and passed city inspection. A final walkthrough inspection was initiated and terminated at your request. We are happy to follow-up with you at your convenience.

  The owner of the domicile instructed the owner of the company to leave after he refused to do a final inspection as per standards in the industry, and good customer service. The company and management were poor of quality and work ethic.

  Superb customer service and great price for a quote on my deck and window project! When I couldn't make the deal work on my end after signing the contract, they hand delivered my deposit back within a business day and was met with understanding, professionalism, and kindness!

  Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever worked with in my life. Tyron “the owner” was hired almost a year ago for a deck rebuild. The deck was torn down in June of 2021 and here we sit in May with a yard full of trash and debris. He now ignores my phone calls and continues other jobs. There were over 3 separate crews hired and none of the work any of them did passed code and the inspector was in shock. Beware of this company, they will rip you off and leave you high and dry.
