    First off great massage therapist!!!!I had been seeing ***** for 2 years or so.After I canceled my monthly subscription ( After it was raised without my knowledge.)I Never received a policy/time frame on using unused massages after a canceled monthly subscription..feel that I should have got an email after that on my time frame for using the rest of the unused massages . I had NOT used my monthly subscription "every month" so I had some banked , after I canceled. It seemed to be getting harder and harder to get ahold of her, and she put me off more and more about on how many I had banked . I will say , ***** did let me use a few of them , but I had a few more and I just got tired of trying to contact her .I Still have a few $100s invested but never used it. Just gave up .....Again, I will say she a ************** therapist but just pay as you go ....communication is soso.....

    They are theives. This is the second time they have overcharged me and I'm tired of it. Who knows how many more people they have overcharged and gotten away with it. I thought each time it updated in the past was a little sketchy and now it all makes sense why I was sketched out. I guarantee these people have been stealing money from customers since they opened.
