    These are newer senior units on the edge of the small town of ******* **. A small community with one circled road anchored down at the end by the nursing home. It is mostly quiet although window peeking is an issue. A large ongoing problem is churning cats; the on going breeding of barn cats for the last 2 years by a resident. The cats are never vaccinated, fixed and become sickly, ultimately feral. They roam around at night fighting, pooping on patios and sometimes attacking residents. When these cats wind ** in motors and become unmanageable the resident trashes most of them by dumping them off at the nursing home to scatter. There is a field behind the home some migrate to. The cat(s) that are too skittish to catch, live out sickly lives under the resident's bed to roam the neighborhood at night without medical attention. A short time later the cycle begins again with a new young female barn cat roaming around until producing more liters. This is a danger to a vulnerable community with attacking cats that are not vaccinated and sickly. It certainly is an ongoing, manufactured crises, creating and trashing sickly, injured and terrified animals.
