    Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They took my payment, cashed my check and then had the audacity to send a "failure to pay" notice. Then, when I called the person on the phone blamed the USPS and was incredibly happy to "take my payment over the phone!" SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are selling our house in MN, but if we weren't we would be changing waste companies immediately! After the phone call where I didn't pay because I knew that I had sent the check in I sent them a cleared check from my own bank, but this wasn't good enough. I then sent them a picture of the statement from my own back stating that the money was withdrawn. When I called back Carrie told me, "Our accounting department will be looking into this!" Not sure what there is to look into. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
