    Stay away! stay away from this company! They are a Rip-off! We paid them 6 month before we were able to use the **** After the system was setup we still had continue problems. Some were fixed and some were not. We had issue with them trying to bill us for more documents then what was processed through there system. Still having issues with there system sending duplicate document to our customer and they have no fix for that. Now that we cancel our account they want us to pay another 5 month for a service we do not need or will use.

    Terrible customer service, terrible management. I am trying to get my account set up and my trading partners ready to receive POs but my implementation specialist wont return call or emails and neither will her manager. I have used other EDI companies that are less complex and take better care of their customers.

    This is a ZERO star. Obviously, I'm not the only one here and don't expect them to do the right thing so I'm just leaving this as a WARNING.I paid for their service for about a year. NEVER ONCE USED IT.Not even ONE time.Still paid.I cancelled and then get another bill for 2 months.I explained to them that I never used their service and cancelled months ago and their reply was, "your contract states you'll notify 30 days in advance of termination."Once again, Never used the service but paid AT LEAST $1,000. Now, they want $300 more.Stay away from companies like this.Find another solution to your EDI needs.

    You absolutely do nothing to help make your customers feel better about your company. Your response is callous and uncaring. I will advise here and social media to not use this company.

    I tried to close my account. It has been a year, and my account has not been closed by them. They told me flat out lies before signing up. And they are now saying to pay for the year that I have not used their service. They deserve bankruptcy. I will host a party if they ever go bankrupt and I don't even do parties.I will do an update only after they close my account. If you read this without any updates, that means that my account is still not closed, and they are still trying to charge me. Would pay $100 to give negative 10 star rating if an option ever existed. Going to post on other review platforms so that I may warn others that these guys don't allow you to close your account.

    Awful customer service and they over charged us on a flat fee basis for years. Do not fall for the flat fee charge, you should be billed on a per document basis. They're overall **************** Rating speaks for itself.

    Stay away, stay far away...Despite promises that the service would work once we went live with our customers, our company was left holding the bag. SPS was never able to successfully implement the service as agreed upon. As a result, our customer was upset, and our company spent hours working manually through the *** alternative...During all of this, despite never actually being able to utilized the agreed upon service, SPS insists that we owe them $$$ for the two months they spent wasting my team's time. Stay clear away from this company, use an alternative....any alternative!

    It took days to get a response from SPS, and, as you said, "your team had multiple conversations with me". This is accurate, solely due to the number of times I begged for support. SPS doesn't understand that "conversations" don't equate to support. Rather, actions lead to support; SPS has proven in my case that words are meaningless and that they are unwilling to do what is necessary to complete the job. Signed a long time customer, a customer no more.
