One of our customers uses SPS Commerce. So, we have to do testing with SPS Commerce to accept orders from our customer. SPS charges a fee to do this testing and if it is not completed within a month they start charging additional fees. The testing we did was completed within a month from start to finish. However, due to SPS not sending the ** in a timely fashion they started charging late fees. Also, I believe it is unethical of them to reach out to people and demand that they use SPS. This has happened multiple times.

I am rejecting this response because:  The project was not completed per their terms due to their lack of action and response.  This is the regular practice with them, delay and bill the other party for everything.

    Hi,

Once the agreement was signed, the testing solution was available the next business day. As there was a signed agreement between your company and SPS Commerce, the contracted services are valid per the terms of your agreement. I will be reaching out to you directly to resolve any outstanding questions.

SPS Commerce failed to deliver their EDI services as stated in my contract. I was told by ***************** that DSCO testing was complete back in May and nothing else needed to be done. When my products launched online in September, I found out that **** failed steps and did not move the connection from testing to active. This caused me to have to ship orders myself out of compliance. I lost money and have paid over $1000 for nothing. Please refund me ASAP due to your company's negligence.
