They did a paved patio and landscaping at a tune of$60,000 dollars . They did an excellent job. While doing our backyard our underwire dog fence was cut, they were wonderful about it and no problem fixing it. They have also done our fretization four time a year. We signed contract again this year. We asked for Aeration to be done for the whole yard and talked to their tree specialist about our tress also. They came out and did the Aeration front only. I called wondering why when I asked for the whole yard to be done. The lady explained because last year they only did work on the front. Very true they did because of all the work being done in the back yard an honest mistake. She was very helpful and had them come back out for the back yard in the afternoon. When called for the Aeration we were asked about underground sprinkle system which I stated we did not have. Was told ok. I did inform whom I was talking with that we did have a hidden dog fence on the property. I was asked if we would put flags up for its location, I stated we had no flags seeing it is 8 years old. I was told never mind don't worryabout it, so I did not. afternoon to do the back yard they cut the fence by accident. My husband called to inform them and ask if they were going to fix said line. The answer was no they would not. He got upset and asked for a manager. They manager (lady) did come to the phone and handed me the phone to handle. This manager was rude and unbelievable. She again insisted that we were lying about it. Nope I would of made a call and had it marked for free. I told the manager fine I will pay for the repair but I will not pay their bill for the Aeration due to the fact that bill was $52 and the bill to fix the fencing is going to be $150. She stated the conversation was over and she was canceling our contract and hang up the phone.

Yes, we do a paver landscape project for the Crams August 3rd of 2021 for *********. The Crams have been a Proturf customer since 2014 and have kept their account current. On April 26th of 2023 we aerated the Crams front yard. The account had a note on it that stated not to aerate the back yard. The Crams called our office stating the note was from the landscape project and requested we return to aerate the back yard. We did aerate the back yard a few hours later. We aerate **** lawns each year and have for the past ****************************************************************** advance. At the time they are called they we tell each individual customer if they have an irrigation system or underground fence they need to be marked. We often explain how to mark and where to get flags. The Crams were notified of this mutiple times during the phone conversation with our office. All of our staff is knowledgeable and aware of potential damage to underground products and tell each and every customer to mark their irrigation and underground fence. Our crew damaged their underground fence. We told them we would credit the aeration and it would be no charge to them, Both Mr. and ************* called our office irate and belligerently berated out office staff bring them to tears. If is nearly impossible to staff a seasonal business such as ours's with competent, polite and professional staff. However, we have accomplished this and get many comments on our front office staff. I will not allow or tolerate my staff to be mistreated on the phone. All three of our office staff overheard the conversation with the Crams. Our staff reported our manager was calm and polite the entire conversation with the crams All problems can be resolved politely and professionally. If the Crams call back and apologize to our staff, we will continue doing business with them.

Most of the reply is correct. We called twice, I am aware the first was a mistake on doing only the front and staff did say they were sorry and did send them back out. There was not numerous calls to them, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Yes,we are ask to put flags out, nothing was, explained on how to manage this, when stated we had no flags we were told not to worry about it. Untrue that we were told we would not be charged, I stated we were not paying the bill seeing I need to pay 150 for repair of the line. I did ask if she was calling me a lair because she insisted I was. She stated the conversation by done, I am canceling the contract and hang up the phone. I honestly would like to know how two calls turned into several, how me stating I was not paying the bill to them stating I did not need to pay, hence when I stated that she said done canceled and hang up the phone. Maybe just maybe one was having a bad day and not bring totally honest here. As I can pull my cellphone records and prove two calls only. I have already hired a new contracted and WILL NOT apologize for doing nothing wrong but asking if she was calling me a lair and stating I was not paying the bill.
