  All Trees Inc provided little to no communication regarding their arrival time and did not speak to me while they were present. They left during the job without telling me or giving me an ETA on when they would be back. Later, I found they had damaged my fence and left behind pieces of the trees they were supposed to haul off. I would avoid All Trees as they lack any semblance of professionalism. Their only positive quality is their speed at which they worked.

  Sorry to see this review *******. Sounds like the speed at which we worked bothered you and we are sorry about this as well. You came out and talked to my co-workers while they were outside and I was in the tree. The reason why we had to leave was to go dump the debris after the work was done and cleaned up. Had we been working near any fencing may we have noticed that a fence was damaged. We would have had no idea on beings you never once called, emailed or text messaged about anything being wrong with our work or that anything was damaged. Sorry for the experience you had beings we are a hardworking, small family business and strive for the happiness of our costumers.

  I woke up to All Trees grinding my stumps down even though I never confirmed after asking for quote. I went out to stop the guy because I was not aware they were coming. My quote was $500 if I left the rocks and $300 if I removed it. I decided to let them do the job since they were already halfway done but they sure did a horrible job. Probably only grind about 3-4” down in some parts. One part of the stump is still sticking up. I had to clean up their mess, which was part of the deal because there was no way I was going to pay $500 with no notice of them coming. Shouldn’t have never agreed to let them continue. Wasted $300. My advice for anyone calling for quotes is make sure they don’t show up with out any notice

  Sorry to hear about this Art. I admit to short notice on your work as we were in the area. My coworker knocked on your door and there was no answer. I had reached out to you via phone and I worked with you and gave a huge discount on the work for this reason. The reason why it was grounded 4 inches is because all the rocks that we discussed had to be moved and werent moved. You told me on the phone that they could grind the ***** beings they were there and unloaded the equipment and we also gave the huge discount. The grindings clean up was not in the description of work being done also. I am sorry that we didnt get a call, email or message from you explaining these concerns as we strive on the happiness of our costumers.
