    On Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, this company arrived at my neighbor's home to do a tree removal. The day before there was a large amount of rain, and lawns were very soggy. Instead of using my neighbor's lawn to access the tree for removal, this company drove heavy equipment onto my lawn. They never knocked on my door or sought out permission to put equipment on my lawn. I was not home when this occurred, but when I got home, I found my lawn damaged. I tried calling and contacting them through email, but was ignored. I don't know why they felt they had a right to damage my property when I was not involved in the transaction in any way.
