    I've bought 4 affordable cars in the last 4 years. First car 07 Yukon, F350 Superduty, 07 Suburban and lastly a 2012 Equinox. I wanted to get that out the way as I have always supported the business and until August 24th 2024 On August 21th 2024 I won an auction for a 2012 Equinox; on August 24th, 2024 I went to crankyape to pay for and pickup the vehicle.Firstly again I've bought many vehicles I eneter the reception doesn't greet us she just look at us and stare for about 2 mins before continuing on with the client she was already helping. Ok fast forward it's my turn the receptionist was racist it's no other way to put the interaction other than pure racism in 2024 in ********* one of the most diverse places. Anywho it's September 4th 2024 I go to the dmv to get me special plates as I already know the dealer only issues basic standard plates I didn't want that even though I paid them $10 for the plates I opt out and proceed to buy my own. While at the dmv I was told that the paperwork wasn't done correctly what paperwork the paperwork that was done at Crankyape. Lots of information was not entered correctly which cost me money that I didn't plan on spending. So I look at the paperwork and sure enough the receptionist didn't even enter my DL correctly so I want my $100 for my documentation fee back. I had to correct the documentation at the dmv also my transaction fee back. Why am I paying for a service that Wasn't done accurately MY DRIVER LICENSE INFORMATION WAS NOT ENTERED CORRECTLY FURTHERMORE THE ADDRESS SHE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO PUT IT CORRECTLY. I just purchased a 07 suburban in March? Using the exact same information and had absolutely no problem. She didn't even attempt to put the correct address and she even asked if I wanted the address on my ID or the address on file I said my iD she used half the address on file. If I have to pay the dmv to correct my issues the dealership didn't do correctly than I feel the dealership should be responsible .

    I purchased and paid for a *********** and trailer. Cranky Ape will not provide title. I have spoken with them about this and have not received anything except excuses. They have dragged this out for a year, I have to contact them and they only offer excuses. I have also spoken to *********** and Wildlife who informed me to file criminal charges. I have incurred expense of storage and other costs for a boat that I could not use. This is very upsetting and could have been resolved in lieu of losing a customer and gaining a criminal complaint to State of Texas

    I am working with the business to resolve.  TPWD states it may be end of September for a resolution.  Issue is not resolved at this time. Currently working to resolve complaint. To date no resolution has occurred.

    Back in the fall of 2023, we purchased three items from cranky ape auctions. We paid and picked up the items within the allotted week. We then waited for our titles in the mail and have yet to receive them as of March 23, 2024. We have spoke too many people about the about the problem. We were finally put in touch with an individual at the corporate office of cranky ape, and has assured me the problem will be taken care of. Five weeks later, we have still not heard anything or seen the titles and the office staff refuses to have me talk with him. The first purchase was in September and cannot get any help with receiving . The cranky staff that answers the incoming calls are absolutely unhelpful.

    As of this afternoon, **************** and I have spoken at length and are currently in negotiations for compensation.  We've taken ownership of this issue and are making changes to our process and personnel in order to prevent this from happening again.

    Cranky Ape is an on line auction house. I was bidding on an item, and, and wanted to ensure that I was the highest bidder, so I raised my maximum bid. However, when I did so, it also raised the current bid amount. That means that they are allowing me to bid against myself, only to raise the amount of money that they receive. This is un ethical, and I have NEVER had an auction house, either in person or online, raise the amount to let someone bid against themselves.
