Absolutely worst service - problem NOT fixed and charged for (45) minutes of worthless support. Will NEVER use them again - recommend Affordable Solutions in ******* Amazing service and would recommend using them and avoiding "The Computer Hero" at all costs.

Dear Mr. ****************** you for sharing your concerns with the BBB. I would like to clarify the sequence of events from our end:
    Extended Consultation and Remote Diagnostics:
We spent over an hour and a half on the phone addressing your concerns and connected remotely to your computer for more than an hour to diagnose the issue.

    Technical Recommendation:
Our evaluation indicated that a network reset was necessary to resolve the problem. We explained that initiating the reset might result in a temporary loss of internet connectivity until your computer could be brought into our shop for a complete assessment. You elected not to proceed with the reset at that time and were scheduled the next morning to bring it to us.

    Subsequent Developments:
The following day, you informed us that your Chief Technology Officer was able to rectify the issue remotely. In our subsequent follow-up regarding the mailed invoice, we noted a change in the explanationfrom the **** involvement to a claim that you drove past our office to our competition who addressed your issues.

We are dedicated to providing transparent, high-quality support and would have been more than happy to help you; however you told us your CTO resolved it, and you were happy with our work on your computer.  You were not unhappy with The Computer Hero until you decided not to pay us for expertise, time, and troubleshooting.

For over 20 years, we have maintained an A+ with the BBB by providing outstanding service and support. I can not change your review of our business as a retaliation for us requesting to be paid for services provided. Nor can I do anything about your threat to post numerous online reviews badmouthing our business. All I can and will do is let the last 20 years speak for itself.
    Sincerely,
    ******** ****

Ms. ********** get back to the facts:- I was never satisfied with Computer ************* most of the time was explaining the issue which was never fixed; you removed ****** and deleted ALL of my browser history ... not a solution/resolution and caused me time to re-apply the correct settings - I spent (42) minutes and (21) seconds on the phone with your husband including the remoe ... NOT "more than an hour and a half" and "over an hour"- Your call to me out of the blue started with, "Are you going to pay the invoice or do I have to take you to Small Claims Court?" ... "You stated you've taken other customers to Small Claims Court" which raises questions to me about your business practices and why you have such a problem collecting ... maybe the problem is charging/disputes, etc. Does your franchisor teach that type of horrible customer service?! I would suggest starting with, **** Customer, did you receive our invoice? Do you have any questions on the charges?" Computer Hero's fee structure were never discussed on the diagnostic call and since the trouble was NOT actually diagnosed nor fixed yet I was charge for (45) minutes worth of support (again not an hour and 1/2)- I informed you I had never received an invoice and asked you to send another to which you responded, "I will not waste another .70 cents on a stamp"- I informed you that I would be contacting BBB and other social media reviewing services (e.g. Yelp!, ******, etc.) - no threats ... just stated fact of the actions I would take; "bad-mouthing" is a sad categorization you used ... reviewing the actual experience is what I did - I informed you that I would be sending payment via certified mail ... which I did in order to document receipt of the $52.50 - You continued to threaten Small Claims Court rather than take ANY ownership of the problem(s)*I should have read/researched the online reviews for Computer Hero as the common theme of "terrible attitude, bad customer service, poor/incompetent skills" would have prevented this entire cycle
