    First I ordered the phone on May 26th and got it June 6th. Even though it said 1-3 day ship. Second it was the wrong phone. I ordered note 10+ and got a note. Easy mistake, butI can't get a hold of anyone and they take a day or more to respond to each email and they are running me in circles. If you call never and answer or return call to voice-mail. Now the voice-mail is full and can't leave a message.

    I have purchased a phone and it has passed the expected delivery date. I dont think the phone has even shipped. I have reached out to Wamatek four times via email asking for a tracking number and wondering when the phone will ship. They have yet to respond. As a college student this was a very big purchase for me and the thought of being scammed is frightening. It would be nice to hear back from them and to have my phone ship soon (hopefully).

    I ordered an unlocked phone in a certain color and I received a locked phone in the wrong color. I sent the company emails with no response
