  Just purchased a PC thru Walmart online. The PC got to my Wednesday. I set it up and it feel into some kind of loop. I contact them and they tell me to just send the tower back so they can check it. Thursday I send it back with confirmation to Ron. He informs me I'll have a replacement coming back 3 to 4 business days. I just called them and somebody answered the phone like they just woke up saying something was wrong and needed my email address and my zip code but says he sent a message to let me know something went wrong. HOW DO YOU SEND ME A MESSAGE WITHOUT HAVING MY EMAIL ADDRESS!!! He says I'll call you in about 10 mins and tell you what happened. 30 mins later nobody's answering any phones or any emails.

  I purchased a gaming PC roughly 6 months ago. So far I've had to re-install windows due to the constant crashing. After about the third time resetting windows the recovery option no longer works due to the failed hard drive. A call was placed to SJ Computers service phone number. The agent very plainly advised the computer was outside of any purchase warranties and this I would be responsible for replacing the drive....on a computer I've had for less than 6 months. The computer was loaded with minimal applications and was used just for a few games. So now I am in the position of spending on a new hard drive and possibly another Windows. A company should stand by their product...especially having been purchased so recently, but that's not the experience I had with this company. Perhaps look to purchase from an organization that cares.

  I have purchased many computers over the years for my business & personal use. Their computers have always lasted at least 5 years. I think there was 1 exception, it failed after a year and I was able to get a replacement with no issues. I would highly recommend purchasing a refurbished computer from SJ Computers.

  I feel I am being harassed by this "business." Over the past several months I have received repeated messages on my work phone claiming to be in reference to a purchase and offering "cash back" and "extended warranties." I have nothing to do with purchasing for my employer so I've just assumed it was a scam and have been blocking the numbers. Now today I received the same message on my personal number. I believe they found my name and work number through my employers website and now have linked my name to my personal number. Again, I've never purchased anything from them either on behalf of my employer or personally. This is either a scam, or they have inaccurate information and are being ridiculously aggressive in pursuing a supposed customer.

  I bought a PC from this company and got the extended warranty. When the computer started having problems and I wanted to use the warranty, it came to my attention and the warranty holder that the receipt for the device had errors on it, nullifying the coverage. The warranty holder said they would accept a revised receipt but SJ Computers refused to comply with this request. Their computer is failing in two years with rare use and they aren't doing anything to help this customer get use out of the paid for extended warranty. The people on the phone are RUDE, too. Stay away from SJ Computers, trust me.

  I ordered a pc from these guys and out of the box it had problems that got fixed only a few, had to call in like 4 replacements two for the monitor, 2 for the pc its self and had to buy a part out of my pocket for it now they wanted me to buy a VGA cable for the monitor as it went out and I'm out of their warranty & before I can even get my refund they need the PC back I don't recommend buying from these scammers.

  I have recently made an order on Amazon with SJ computers. I have to say the item arrived very fast and it was beyond my expectations. This was my first time refurbished purchase and so far everything seems to be working flawlessly. I had a minor issue of wifi not being connected.... called their tech support, and the rep was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue right away. I am very happy with my purchase, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...!!!!

  I purchased a computer from Amazon but I could not get it work properly. A representative or technician that I called worked with me for hours but we were not able to get it going so he told me to return it. This person went far a beyond to help and offered to send another one. I'm waiting for my refund from Amazon before I purchase another one. I want to share how kind, patient and understanding this technician/representative was with me over the phone. I live in Washington state and have some computer skills but not at their level. For me they do not feel like they are scamming anyone and it felt like they really cared about the products they sell. Great customer service.

  This business should be put out of business. The have terrible customer service. I paid for a computer package from them $342.39. I still do need t have my package or my money. Amazon is no better. It did not take days for them to take my money. But they want me to now sit and wait for my money back from Amazon. Them nor Amazon care for customer. They have not done anything they should do for a customer when they have treated them so bad. I will be putting this all over the World Wide Web. People need to know that this company and Amazon should be not used. They do nothing for there customers at all.

  Best PC I've ever purchased and for so little money! I will only purchase from SJ Computers in the future.
