    Hi,I dont know where to start. I placed the order for an elliptical machine and was told that it would be delivered this morning. I took off work so that u can accept this delivery, but it never came. I tried contacting support via chat and called multiple times, got disconnected/ or could not reach anybody! Now I am getting invoice for this machine that I dont even have. Terrible service. One rep was using abbreviations, such as K and LOL when I told her that I was already very frustrated!A couple weeks later I finally got in touch with someone because I was not sure what to do and if I should cancel my financing and was told that they would escalate the issue with delivery department. The second attempt to deliver was scheduled for today, July 20th, but nobody showed again so I will be canceling my order and canceling financing. If I am having so many issues getting this machine delivered, how can I be sure that I will get any support later on if I need it???Terrible service and organization! I have never experienced anything like this in the USA. They should not do any business here.
