    Im taking time out of my day to write this because people need to know about **** misleading marketing and poor customer service.I get TDS mailers 35 times a monthclearly, the company spends a lot on advertising. So, after getting fed up with Spectrums terrible service, I finally decided to call TDS to see if they were any better.I called the number on the flyer, selected new customer, and got connected to a *** who was semi-professional at best. First red flag? He didnt even ask for my namejust my address. Fine, whatever. But what really got me was how he kept saying I get it, I get it, dear. Excuse me? Im not your dear. If youre going to address a customer, use their name.Still, I let him do his thinghe asked about my current provider, how many devices I use, how much I pay, etc. And after every answer, hed ***eat, I get it, dear. It was beyond annoying.Then, I finally got to the reason I called: the $49.99 for life internet offer I saw on the flyer TDS sent me on March 4, 2025. Thats when this ***Adrian, by the waytells me Oh, its a new year, and we havent updated our flyers ******, let me get this straight. TDS spends all this money printing and mailing flyers multiple times a month, but theyre not even accurate? What a wasteof time, of money, of paper. And even worse, its straight-up false advertising.TDS, you might be gaining new customers now, but this wont last if you keep running things this way. Train your ***s properly, update your offers, and dont mislead people. If you want real growth, start with better customer service.For the record, I called on March 5, 2025, between 11:3011:50 AM and spoke to ******, the *** who loves to say I get it, dear. Maybe teach him to use actual customer names.Very disappointed.

    Please think twice before using this company. It is bad all the way around. For the past 5 years they could not even manage to correct the spelling of our last name despite several attempts. You call for service issues and you have long wait times once someone does answer it typically disconnects. They do not attempt to call you back. Then when I finally had another option in my area I discontinued there services and was told they dont prorate which was fine. Worth the price to be rid of them. I cancelled 9/20/23. Paid the bill in full. Then recieved a new bill for approx $134 I call to get an explanation and the lady tell me my bill is not over $700. I was furioius. Asked how that could be and she said for unreturned equipment. When I cancelled in september she never mentioned equipment. Before we ended the call i stopped her and asked what I was supposed to do with the equipment and she said "it's to old to return you can throw it away" I even was shocked and asked if she was sure. I disposed of the equipment and now this. I asked for a supervisor and even asked him to listen to the recorded call. He just kept repeating himself that he will send me a box to return it. How can I return something you told me to throw away. They have already done this to several people in my area and they do report to credit. BEWARE these people are scammers. Send back equipment no matter what unless you want a surprise $700 bill. I will be seeking legal advice.
