    Received a quote on Sept. 19 2022 to remove a tree in our front yard including $300 to grind the *****. **** was cut down early December 2022 but the ***** was going to be ground down when he had the machine. Followed up on Jan 7 2023 re: ***** with no response. Followed up March 5th and was told they had a list to do and would get to ours after the storm clean up was finished. Followed up April 24th 2023 asking to grind the ***** or return the $300 - no response. Followed up May 7th asking for a date and time he would be at our house to grind the ***** or to return money to **. He responded "I have grinder this weekend" and when asked for a date and time he never responded. As of May 24th there has been no response with either a plan to refund the money or to complete the service.

    This was done in error. This complaint was about someone who was representing himself as working for our company who did not. 

    he was a tree worker, who was asked to do some estimating. We discovered he was not turning in his estimates, and we became suspicious that he was keeping them for himself to do elsewhere or on the side. We fired him.  That was in September I believe.  three months later, in December, he started working for the folks here making the complaint. 

    he let them believe that they were working with us apparently, but they were not. We never received any money from them, we never did any work for them. We are the victims of fraud, and this is not how we conduct business. The police are being notified to investigate the fraud. 

    The homeowners have apologized to me for the bad review they posted on ******* and I will ask them to also remove this complaint. Thank you.
