    Remodel started on December 21, 2022. Project was to be completed in about two months. It is now 8 months later and we still have two cupboard doors that have not been installed. The owner, ******************* has not made any effort to contact us about this issue. He continues to ignore our request to get this issue corrected. We have paid the full amount months ago and have not received any response. Still need doors installed and silverware organizer that have been paid for.

    I understand the complaint at hand. The original problem was that the cabinets had to be trimmed down by my contractor and therefore I had to get new doors for the resized cabinet. I ordered the incorrect door sizes the first time and now had to reorder them again to fit the cabinet. Unfortunately, the material needed for those doors were not in stock for the second order and and have taken a long time to get. The cabinet factory has told me they have the material needed and now finishing the doors. I have just put in a request for the ship date of those doors so I can fully finish the project. I have not communicated the best this issue to this customer and hope to get them completed as soon as possible. I will update them as soon as I receive the ship date for the doors.

    I am rejecting this response because: Had business do our kitchen remodel. While we are satisfied with the work that was done by the contractor hired by owner (*******************) it has been almost 9 months and we are still waiting for a couple of cabinet doors to be installed. We have paid the full amount for the installation yet still havent had project completed. The owner does not reply back to us and has said that the doors would be delivered many times but they have not been installed.

    I spoke with ******* and confirmed with their ordering department and system that the doors that are due are to be completed on or before 9/8/23. They will ship as soon as they are completed. I expect the project to be completed the week of the 11th. As poor as my communication was, the material for these doors took much longer than expected. *** is aware of the timeline for the doors and should be able to finish those up as soon as they come in.
