    I have used this company twice. The first time, they had a three month wait. That was fine. I didnt feel like calling around elsewhere and it wasnt an emergency. The second time there was a tree laying on my house unless I paid their emergency rate, which was almost double what they normally charged, based on what they were going to charge my mother-in-law for a non-emergency. It still took them several days to come out and take the tree off my roof. I have called them several times since then for non-emergency trees, and it is always a two month (or longer) wait that is if you can get them out for an estimate. They only do a certain number of estimates in a week, and when they hit that limit, you have to wait till the next week to call them. sounds like they have too much work for the number of employees that they have because this is a common occurrence for them. I did find another tree service and they were ******************.
