    My amazon account was hacked and I could not get access to it. Amazon was not responsive.Techforing via ********************* said they could get me back quick access to amazon, find hte source of the hack, and help with waays to prevent more troubles. See contract.He said it could take ***** days for full research but they would get priority access to Amazon and put 2 guys on it right away.After just 2 days I had the impression I was scammed. So as backup I found a firm that specializes in amazon difficulties and they got me back in 12 hours.TechForing did absolutely nothing and my daily requests for updated always with word of "be patient" or similar. Its now been 20 days. They did nothing at all and there is no indication they will ever do anything. Nothing is really needed further in any case as the other firm has resolved the issues.
