I taken my boat to Mads Outdoors Products for warranty and during the time my boat was there the caused damaged to my boat by drilling three holes into my boat rails. I did not give them permission to drill into my boat. I have tried several time to communicate with the business to get this matter resolved by they refuse to work with me. I have paid them $1669.99 total to fix my boat cover they have not and refuse to help me after I showed them that I have proof that there boat technicians drilled three holes into my boat.

We took this boat in for out of house purchase warranty work and performed the following work on his Tahoe: Service/Labor - warranty work on Tahoe DVN16635G021 - replaced rear cushion - straightened and re welded trim around nose cone, tightened bimini top latch - replaced loose rivet on port side by motor - replaced front starboard side seat cladding - captain's seat adjustment arms to be replaced upon receipt - portside door bottom hinge is crimped from factory design  - bimini boot is typical fit - replaced mooring and bimini canvas - shifting control arm inspected and found to have normal movement. Four months later he ordered a new mooring cover. As they do not come from the factory with snaps installed, we have to install them to line up with existing snaps in the walls. As it is a replacement cover and not fitted at the factory at the time of boat build, they can easily be difficult to line up on a 25' pontoon. Unfortunately, to find out that the cover did not fit the boat and had to be returned to the company. So we're left with an extra snap hole, not a big deal as Avalon/Tahoe can simply put a snap in that location to match that snap location when they do the custom fit of the cover at the factory, which is what we told ******* he would have to do. We have since resolved this issue with him by refunding his money and referring him to Avalon/Tahoe for a new cover with custom factory fit. He has been extremely difficult at every point in this matter and we are very happy to have reached a resolution and put it behind us.
