      Excellent Service ans Sales department. Both Service and Sales management always have treated me with respect and dignity plus excellence and honesty. Possibly the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. On a more personal side the owner does a lot of good towards the community and his school system and is just as reputable in doing so. It's really great to do business with people like this. Thank you!!

      The dealership broke my rim while changing out the tires. Had to haggle with the service technician (Jordan R) for several days before they would agree to repair my car. It was a total of 3 weeks before my car was returned to me. As a way to punish me for holding my ground and not paying for something they obviously damaged, I am not allowed to use a loaner vehicle from them again. I tried expressing my grievances to the service director, Ben D. He told me he was going on vacation and would get back to me when he could. I have yet to hear back from him. Attached is the photo sent to me from the service technician trying to convince me the damage was done prior to the dealership picking up my car, driving it from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids. What do you think? I think I will not trust this dealership. They take advantage of women, pushing unnecessary services for profit. In the end, they don't care about you or what it takes to retain good, paying customers. Is there anyone out there that still puts value on good customer service with integrity?

      Wish I could leave a negative star review! We brought our BMW in for repair. Were told fuel injectors needed to be replaced. Paid $3500 for the repair and the vehicle was not fixed. Brought the vehicle to another repair shop and they figured out that Sharpe BMW put the wrong injectors in the vehicle. Sharpe denied this and said the parts were correct. Had the other repair shop install the correct injectors for $1000 less and now the vehicle runs great.

      This company doesnt care about its customers at all. They make you wait 3 plus weeks to get a loaner with your service. They supposedly fit my car , but when I left the dealership I smelled burnt rubber. I figured it was because they were sloppy and must of spilled oil on my exhaust. Well the smell kept getting worse, so I called them because my car is smoking under the hood. They couldnt get me in until the next week. Then I was driving it and I stopped at a light and my car was smoking under the hood really bad. I had to get it towed to Sharpe BMW. They dont have any loaner cars and they dont know when they can look at it. They caused the leak and I have to wait until they can look at it. They never returned my phone calls and I even left messages. They still havent returned my calls or messages. This is unacceptable and they rushed my car out of there to get their loaner back and couldnt of even checked to make sure what work they did was good. They jeopardize my life and they could care less. All they wanted was their money with poor workmanship. They dont care that they could of killed me if my car caught on fire. These type of businesses are what is ruining our country. They dont care who they hurt as long as they get their money. Im so upset by the way I have been treated. You cant trust anyone anymore.
