    I order a retest from the company at $250 and they took out $500 which 250 was unauthorized and they said they sent me a check that I have not received and put a stop payment on it because they said **************** put a dispute on the unauthorized payment of$250 which when I called **************** they said no they havent so I need my money back and for the business to refund me my money and be totally honest please

    There was a glitch on the Credit Card vendor's website, therefore the customer was charged twice for $250.00 on 03/01/2024.  The customer notified ** on 03/04/2024 that he was double charged.  I contacted the Credit Card vendor for resolution but was told they couldn't do anything because it's American Express.  We cut a check to the customer and sent it out on 03/05/2024.  On 03/08/2024, we received a dispute from our Credit Card vendor for the $250.00.  The vendor indicated the dispute was created by ***************** but I suspect our phone call started the process.  Since the dispute was supposed to reimburse the customer for the $250.00, we put a stop payment on the check and notified the customer.  According to the Credit Card vendor, the customer's account was reimbursed on 03/06/2024.
