    ZERO STARS..WHAT EVER YOU DO... DO NOT DO NOT GET YOUR MOBILE CARRIER THRU XFINITY... 1st they don't tell you their system cannot use your unlocked phone from another carrier on their network... it dosent transfer 5g over to your old phone... so to get "5g" you have to buy a new phone .... but now your stuck because you already switched over because they have good prices when you bundle with your cable.. after 2 weeks and 4 visits 6 phone calls with tech support 2 new Sim cards finally one of the associates told me their lines don't work with bring your own phone... so I bought a new galaxy s23 thinking it would help.. it dosent connect to my home wifi.( that's a whole other story) and they say they are on ******* towers but you cannot get 5g service anywhere in the *****************.. I work in ******* right by the capital and I can only ever get horrible lte 4g at best if not sometimes it's 3g... horrible slow speeds cannot pull up simple instgram or ************ I live in flint ZERO SERVICE NON NOT ANY TG ANYTHING ANYWHERE.....after calling and complaining so far about 10 times FINALLY A TECH SUPPORT TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT REALLY HAVE 5G.... THEY CARRY AN UPDATED 4G LTE SERVICE THAT THEY BOOST TO MIMIC 5G....YOUR PAYING FOR 4G BUT YOU DONT GET IT.... NOW I HAVE A PHONE I CANT TAKE AND SWITCH BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY IT OFF A NETWORK THAT DOSENT HAVE 5G HORRIABLE SERVICE FORIGEN WORKERS AND YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM....so now I have to take my old phone and go back to METRO PCS and switch my number back and sell this book end usless pos online and pay it off.. THE NEW 10G INTERNET....HA ..... DONT CHANGE OUT YOUR OLD GOOD SOLID BLACK INTERNET BOX FOR THE NEW 10G WHITE ONE... YOU WILL REGRET IT...100%... WE CANT HAVE 2 PHONES AND THE COMPUTER ATTACHED TO THE **** OR IT WILL ALL DROP.... MY PHONE WONT SWITCH AUTOMATICALLY TO **** AND IT SHOWS 6G **** ON MY PHONE BUT I CANT EVEN PULL UP INSTAGRAM...... AN ABSOLUTELY SCAM.... DO JOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON *******
