  We had new siding installed by Montell. We cant say enough good things about this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional from the beginning to the end! They did an excellent job! They finished earlier than they promised. We had some additional work done, which was also done to perfection! I would definitely use them again!!!

  We met Montell at the ** builders conference and had them out for a quote on our windows, siding, roofing and dormers project. They told us they did it all at the fair so we invited them out. At the meeting, they noted they don't do dormers (lie 1) but offered a decent product and price and with the pressure from their sales person, we agreed to have them do our windows, siding, and roof. Just after my husband called to request black windows on the interior as well in which they gave a quote, my husband agreed to the price and waited for an addendum. None came so we reached out and the sales rep confirmed he ordered black interiors, three more times. When we asked the owner for an addendum, he said they do not offer black interiors (lie 2). The owner came to our house and called us liars until we showed him the texts we had already sent his brother, he changed his tune and gave us a discount and given we were late in the process, continued with them. The windows were supposed to be in by the end of July, they didn't go in until October. In that time we decided we weren't doing the roof and didn't need two windows, but being custom ordered we had to buy them still but not pay installation, which we agreed. When the windows came, they were black exteriors with a bunch of visible white trim on the outside and in the seals. No black window I have seen is like that. They came out, said that's how our windows are and we have to deal with it (lie 3) other than the strips which they would paint in the spring. The window company came out to paint the strips and agreed the strips and other trim pieces were wrong and they would replace them all instead of painting, which they did. The first storm after replacing (about two weeks later) the trim and strips, we woke up to a puddle in our living room. When calling them, they said it was a staged event and they were suing us for non-payment, which they were supposed to draw from the line of credit but didn't.

  I am grateful that the customer finally paid us. The remarks from *** are not true, but glad to turn the page here. We take good care of all of our projects, down to the last detail(s) Sometimes, once or twice a year we do run into different folks with difficult strokes. But we can handle most anyone, because the law works for all of ********* contractors and builders.

  ****** did a great job demolishing an old deck and designed just what I wanted (but had not thought of without their help). The new stairs from the slider down to the new concrete patio are going to provide a pleasant, safe place to enjoy the weather and yard. Workers were great, on time, friendly, attentive to detail and efficient. ***** is sales went above and beyond in ensuring details were attended to in a timely fashion and had solutions when needed. Overall, I was dreading a "project' in these uncertain times but this has been one of the easiest best projects thanks to Montell's "Home Team" They really delivered.

  Montell just completed a third separate project in litle over a year at our home. All Five Stars. From the initial meeting with the design planner/estimator through ************ by the project coordinator, we have zero complaints. From the project planner, we knew from day one what to expect. Their construction teams are A+ and friendly and hard working. They are extremely skilled at what they do. They communicated well throughout the project(s) to make sure that everything was as we envisioned. They can be rightfully proud of their work product. Upon completion, it has been reassuring to have the project coordinator call to make sure the project was done to our satisfaction. This is a first rate, professional company. We are delighted to highly recommend Montell Construction.

  We recently hired Montell Construction to replace old windows at our cottage. We couldnt be happier. They sent ********** out to quote us and we were able to hire them on the spot. Best decision we could have made. The windows are great quality and the install looks flawless. We plan to hire them again for our siding and deck next. We HIGHLY recommend hiring them for your next project.

  We were overall very pleased with our deck roof constructed by Montell Construction. We signed a contract on May 2022 and it was made very clear that this would be a 8 months + process. This was due to supply issues and the fact that the Temo materials are not made until an order is placed. Our project manager touched base with us periodically to update us on where we were at in the process. When materials came in and the weather warmed up enough to pour cement, they promptly completed our roof (March 2023). The construction team was very polite, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave material/garbage laying around. We are very happy with our roof and how nice it looks. It looks like it is part of the existing house and not an "add on". I would highly recommend Montell Construction.

  Montel is a very reliable company. They were always on time. If we ever had a problem they were right out to take care of the problem. ***** workers were very friendly and efficient & made sure that we got what we had it the way it was ordered.

  From our Sales **** **** to the office staff and onsite crew that was led by ***** I couldnt have been happier with the service, the professionalism, the communication, and craftsmanship that we as provided by Montell! I am extremely pleased and grateful that we selected them for our home project!

  Had 20+ windows installed! They did great work, very meticulous, and kept the worksite clean. I had one window issue, called, and someone came out next day - turned out to be user error (me!) but they were so kind and helped me with some tips and tricks. Very happy with results, can tell a noise and temperature difference within the house.

  We hired Montell to replace our roof and they did a wonderful job. They guys were on time and very respectful of the landscaping around the house. It only took them two days to do a complete removal and install. We are very happy with the results.
