We contracted with emburse on 10/6/22, they assured us that their program Certify would sync our current **************** credit card with our Quickbooks. We went through the onboarding process only to discover that in fact it could not be synced. I had asked that emburse put our program on hold while we applied to **************** for a different card - that process is still happening. I had emailed emburse on 11/30/22 and never heard from them until they asked for a call on 8/14. The sales manager asked to push back our call out of my working hours,. when I declined she pushed back. I explained that we did not have a linked system and have never used it. She said but I thought you were using it - to which I replied no - I asked her to do research on our experience and reach back out. She never did and then I got a collections notice with not ever receiving a bill from emburse - EVER.

Emburse responded to the customer on October 6, 2023, and our Vice President of Customer Success spoke with her in depth on October 9, 2023.
The discussion was positive. Emburse offered to work with her to resolve her core credit card usability and billing issues.

The customer informed the collections agency that she is working to resolve the issue, and they have put her file on hold. The customer was satisfied with the outcome of the conversation and will continue discussions with Emburse.

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

After the initial meeting from  ******************* or anyone else from Emburse. I have followed up twice. I am still receiving emails from the collections agency so Emburse has not removed the claim from them either.

Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
