      Hello,We cancelled our services with Certify **** and last day for billing was 11/30/23. Despite the cancellation, they have still been charging us the monthly amount in the amount of 72USD. They responded to my first email (in Dec) stating that I need to raise a ticket on their portal and that there has been an issue with their billing department. After this, I have sent them several emails, called them a few times, left voice messages, raised tickets but haven't received a single response. I have attached all the receipts, confirmation of cancellation of services and all email conversations requesting for refund for your reference. I would like to receive a refund of all the wrongful charges that they have deducted from our credit card.Thank you.

      As of June 3, 2022 Certify expense was no longer able to connect to our credit card account to pull in data. After several calls, I was told it's an issue with their 3rd party and there is no ETA on resolution. As of June 27, 2022 the problem continues. I've tried several avenues to contact the Customer Success Team to cancel our account and no one calls me back. Today I was told they don't have a direct number. All I can do is leave a message and wait for a return call.
