    Working with ****** and his team was great. We had them redo our entire first floor to bring it up to date. They removed our tile, slate, and wood from the floor, then they laid more updated tile, slate and wood back down. They were very thorough, responsible, punctual, responsive, and just plain wonderful to work with! We always knew where we were in the queue (yes, there is a queue), and we wish more people and companies were as customer-centric as **********************. They continually asked if we were happy and if we wanted to change anything - mid-stream! The work was top-notch and incredible. The end result was better than we imagined! Pictures attached. They took no shortcuts - they did it right even on the smallest things. We loved how they cleaned up after themselves after each day so we did not have a mess in the evening and morning to contend with. They were upfront with the quote and stuck to it 100%. The only thing we would change if we could do this all over again with all the knowledge we now have...we would have called AC Tileworks sooner.
