    Date of loss November 19, 2021 My neighbor hired affordable tree service in ************ The tree company disposed tree limbs in the street while cutting limbs off of the tree. I drove over a limb and it caused ******** worth of damage to my *** automobile.I contacted the tree company explaining the accident and they hung up on me and blocked my telephone number. My car has been sitting in a lot and is UN drivable since November 2021 Im waiting for the sheriff to call me back to complete a small claims complaint. I feel this company is responsible for the damage to my car. They did not have anyone working under the tree to catch the limbs as they cut them off. I need this matter resolved quickly its been 7 months now without my car.

    Affordable Tree Service for car damage that she claims was done back in November of 2021. First let me just say this is the first time we have ever

    been contacted by ************ stating our company caused damage to her vehicle by doing tree work,  and cutting down a tree without anyone under the tree. First let me say this, when a limb from a tree is being removed we use a rope, make a cut and catch it with the rope, the rope holds the limb from falling directly to the ground, it is avtually lowered to the ground once it is cut. she  stated that a 3 inch limb was buried with so many ************ in the road she didn't see it. There were no tree limbs in the road

    during the removal of the tree. We have never heard from this woman until today.
