    Over the winter and spring ***** observed water problems due poor installation. In July, a ********* friend and a representative from Leaf Guard inspected the gutters reporting that although the gutters were of decent quality, it was one of the worst installations they had every seen. **** called the owner, ***** ******, to relay it needed to be fixed. After a couple weeks, the company sent ***** ****** to inspect. ***** observed ****** ground inspection. It involved no ladders, was not thorough and ***** was dismissive of ****** limited comments. ***** spoke with **** saying it wasnt a bad installation, but hed speak with ***** about next steps. ***** called **** to discuss a remedy admitting the person who completed ****** project was no longer with the company and they were finding out ****** wasnt the only bad job hed done. Seamless Gutters was spending a good deal of time and money correcting them as well. ***** offered to refund the entire $5,308 and let ***** keep the material if that satisfied her, but he also wanted to correct the installation rather than leaving it like it was. After a couple of days looking at other options, ***** agreed to have them present a quote to repair the installation and do the fascia repair and filter installation. On November 18th a new quote totaling $8,726 was provided with a net new cost of $3,418. After a couple of days, ***** decided she had no confidence they would do a better job than they had. It seemed a bad decision to spend additional money with them. November 20th **** spoke with ***** and asked for a full refund. ***** said he would mail a check made out to **** ******* to **********, **. On December 1st, **** called ***** telling him no check had arrived. ***** transferred **** to a **** said they would wire the funds. ***** has since not taken Gregs calls or texts. If trouble reaching *****, call **** at ************. ***** is 84, lives alone and is hard to reach sometimes

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They have not responded to a text message and are not answering their phones.  The issue is not resolved and there has been not contact from the company.  Thank you.
