    The same thing happened to me. I had my appointment in July booked my follow up appointment in September. She texted and said she was sick. Asked me when I was available and never replied. I asked her many times to no avail. She’s basically a *****, takes her deposit doesn’t return it.

    Run the other way! She rescheduled three times and it was always the same morning of my appointment. My very first appointment she was over an hour late. When you tried to contact her, she is very nonresponsive. She doesn’t answer her phone. She makes you sign a contract and put a deposit down, so she has your money. So basically you’re screwed. The last time she canceled I asked for a refund and she did go through with that. And she is no longer located at Towson commons in Suite 123 . She never notified me that she was no longer working there. but never notified me that she moved. I was already on my way for my last appointment when she cancelled and something just didn’t feel right so I went up to Suite 123 in the Towson Commons and her name was removed off of Suite 123. As well as all of her belongings. There were two other ladies there waiting for her and they said they had an appointment as well at 10 o’clock. My sister and I had a 10 AM and she canceled and I told the two ladies that. So how was she going to work on four people all at the same time.

    She’s a thief who takes your deposit money in full and never responds to your texts regarding your appointment. even on the day of the appointment she’s missing in action. So basically she just ***** people of their money.

    She is a s****** and disappears after taking your money. In the past I’ve been to her 4-5 times and every single time she would make people wait over an hour AFTER the scheduled appointment time. She makes you sign a contract wherein you lose your deposit if you’re 15 minutes late but no repercussions if she does the same. Lately though she hasn’t even answered any texts or calls about an appointment that has been paid for in advance. Read her Google reviews. Avoid this place
