They are just now attempting to collect a debt that was already agreed upon that it was dismissed almost 7 years ago. They just reported it to ******* as being unpaid as it was dismissed by agreement by their attorney and my attorneys due to disability discrimination. I am disabled. They refused to accommodate me. There was a pending lawsuit and because all of my student loans were dismissed, so was that. That was the agreement between both parties at the time!! There were letters and emails sent. I will look for those but this debt was DISMISSED in lieu of a LAWSUIT I was about to file that I will still file as they are fraudulent and now coming after a bull that was SETTLED by their chancellor and LAWYERS! Now Im seeing it still active! Is this a joke? Since this was just bright to my attention, I will supply the supporting evidence and take them to court if this is not once and for all settled-again! They put me through h*** for years not accommodating me and letting me be harassed by their DEPARTMENT HEAD! I still have those letters she sent to me as well. I will not have this ruining my credit as it is 7 years old and all of my loans and that were dismissed! Im so angry right now!
