Business promises natural looking brows, "Full and fabulous, perfectly matched, smudge-proof eyebrows. Elevate your face." After my 1st visit went terribly wrong (jpg attached) the Professional helped me to fade the strokes that created such a think and heavy result. The products that she provided turned my brows purple temporarily but I didn't complain because it was our first try and she was genuinely concerned. We agreed that it was the look I specifically didn't want. Several attempts later to provide me with what was promised & additional monies paid by me, the final result comes close to the first attempt that was the benchmark for "wrong look that this client doesn't want" (photo also attached). The business was provided examples of desired results (and definite results that were not desired) on first visit and last visit via their own website (model) and picture(s) of me from prior attempt(s). Professional was unable to adhere to desired polished, curved, thinner look that closely matched my hair color. Professional used techniques during the most recent visit that were in direct opposition to what was agreed prior to our microblading sessions (dark shading (ink under the skin)), square shape, thickness, and dark colored strokes). Business is refusing further assistance to correct result. Business is now suggesting that my skin type may be the problem or that I didn't follow after-care protocol. Compromise of partial refund offered; business refused. I will either have to pay additional hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to correct whatever possible with the unacceptable microblading result (cannot be camouflaged) that appears prominently on my face every day, or I will have to live with it for years. I am still only requesting 50% refund out of a sense of fairness.
