    Why has there not been FTC, attorneys-general, or class action lawsuits against this fraudster? They bought my domain hosting account from Yahoo, used the auto-renew credit card number Yahoo had on file, and tried to auto-renew me ON AN UPCHARGE, UPSELL PRICE!!! They do not have my authorization to auto-renew me at a higher price - that is complete FRAUD!The auto-renew email did not identify them, or their connection with Yahoo. It looked exactly like a scam/phishing email so I ignored it for a long time. It gave a phone number that is a DISCONNECTED YAHOO NUMBER! By pure luck, my credit card had expired. It took me over an hour to sort this out and transfer my domain away from Turbify.

    My Yahoo Web Hosting account of 22 years was transferred to Turbify. 7/16/23 received reminder my Web Hosting plan would renew for $144.88 on 9/14/23 8/15/23 received reminder my Web Hosting plan would renew for $144.88 on 9/14/23 9/15/23 received receipt for Web Hosting plan for $215.99 Called immediately and was promised a refund for the difference in 3-4 business days. 9/27/23 no refund after 8 business days. Called. "No case number found. We've changed our prices". No Refund. They need to be held accountable to me and their many angry customers.

    Turbify is a scam, they keep having problems with their program software, where you can't change your website or change your plan , but they have no problem charging you. Their latest lie is that problem with system and working on it , can't change plan until fixed . In meantime they increased my monthly plan by $30 without my permission and took money out of account. Tried to change plan before charge and they said it couldn't be changed do to issues on their end and they took the money anyway. One guy said I was hacked , next guy said I wasn't , and refused to transfer my call to supervisor. They charged the addit $30 a month before my subscription renews???? Disgusted with turbify. Just a rip off ! Services don't work always a problem they are trying to fix!!!

    A junk company. I was with Yahoo Business Mail for over 30 years, and then they sold to Tubify. I never, ever had a issue with customer service at Yahoo. But Turbify is just junk. They do not have an email that I can contact them, so I need to call. I am hard of hearing, and if the agent does not speak American English (Like on the Radio or TV) I have a problem understanding. I have asked if they have someone who speaks American English, and they hang up on me. My cell phone is just fine, but it is a Flip Phone, and not a Smart Phone. I know, I am old, but they need to set some way to contact them without a phone call. They provide email service to me, so why don't they have an email for me to contact them. As I said they are JUNK.
