    I have sent two requests (the first date I cannot recall but it was before the second request, the second was o 07/24/23, through their website to have my information removed. This is the automated statement I received. "Thank you for contacting That's Them. This is an automated response confirming that your inquiry (#*******) has been received by the That's Them team. Please expect a response via email within 5-10 business days. We greatly appreciate your patience and look forward to connecting with you soon. - That's Them Automated Email Concierge. My information has not been removed and there has been no follow up emails.

    On 12/15/22 I visited ThatsThem.com to request to have my information removed from their website, after making the discovery that they were advertising my personal information, WITHOUT MY CONSENT and with INCORRECT INFORMATION. When you fill out the opt-out form, THE SUBMIT BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. THIS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE YOUR INFORMATION REMOVED. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO SUBMIT THE REQUEST EITHER. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. I WANT MY INFORMATION REMOVED IMMEDIATELY

    I have made multiple attempts to opt out from the site and I get error messages. I have been a victim of fraud. I have called the customer service line which seems to be someones personal cell phone. I have emailed the support email provided and its invalid. Theyve made it quite literally impossible to remove myself and information from their site.

    Due to legal and privacy reasons, I am requesting for my personal information to be removed from www.thatsthem.com immediately. I have noticed that there are multiple answered complaints on your BBB page and that is very concerning. It is not professional to ignore customer complaints, especially when the matter is related to online privacy. If action is not taken to resolve this issue, I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General.
