      Our experience is strikingly similar to that of customer Lori A: after measuring (and receiving full payment) for replacement screens for 17 windows at our home, at least 5 of those screens have not been replaced - going now on 6 years and over 35 phone calls. Initially for several years our order was claimed to have been "lost" after Forbes Design Center pocketed the payment for this project. Then, after over 3 years of inaction - and being informed that we photographed their technician removing the screens from our house, measuring screens, etc. - the missing order was "found" and Forbes Design Center sent a newly hired technician to document that the paid-for screens had not been delivered, and at which time he re-took measurements of the missing screens: but we've still not received these screens. During this past year no one at Forbes Design Center has returned our many calls (to multiple individuals working there including those listed as the boss and project managers), and it increasingly seems that we must take legal action to get our paid-for order completed. We sadly note now that "This business is NOT BBB accredited"

      I am not happy with this company. Back in 2017 I bought 12 new windows. Very shortly after they were installed I had 4 of them that would not stay up. I have reached out to this company at least 4 times now. 1 time they said they would send someone out and then 2 times they would have someone call me. Here it is 5 years later and my windows are still that way. Now I am filling a claim with the window company to try to get them either fixed or replaced. They were not top of the line windows but I was told they were good windows. All I want is my window to be able to stay up without a piece of wood under it. I reached out to the owner just a month ago and still have heard nothing. Just fix my windows please.
