      Terrible! Screwed up my 2021 personal taxes and after two return trips things are still not right! My tax refund from last year was taken by the *** due to their mistake and I still havent gotten it back. Though they came highly recommended I am so upset I ever walked in their office. Im on my third visit to try and get this mistake resolved and most likely it will be next year before ( hopefully) I receive my refund that was seized. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this firm!

      Very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. They were very patient and did not mind spending extra time answering all my questions. So glad they are in the area and accommodating. Very reasonable price, so glad for that! Will be staying with them for a long time!
