  Had an exterior electric job, called ***** tech named ******* came out looked at the job answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Started the job two days later, ran into a few problems got those solved and finished the job a few days later. The end results were great my wife and I are extremely happy.

  We have never needed electrical or plumbing help that could respond a few hours. These guys did! ***** and ******* did careful troubleshooting to find an outlet with a fried line in it, keeping outlets & switches connected to it from working. They repaired and replaced and were done in an hour. We will call them again.

  ******** techs came out to service my Generac on 3/20/25. This was my first time dealing with them as they were replacing my former company.I was very satisfied with the service. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and at the end, they explained what they did. They also gave information about the contracts available since my contract with the former company was up for renewal.

  I use ****** for all my household needs and find them very good for all issues affecting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and yearly water heating draining. I like that you are sent a photo and short bio of the service person coming to the house and have been quite pleased with most service calls. Pricing is fair but for best costs join the comfort club and they also will do a senior citizen discount. One phone call connects to all service areas and they try to get out quickly and accommodate times for a visit with an hour call ahead window or email and/or text.

  ******** has always come out within a day of needing them. We recently had a defective part on new HVAC system they installed for me that caused most of the system to be fixed or replaced. ******** came out the next day and started the repair with no questions asked. I am very happy with them and trust them with all of their services.

  When the *********************** was doing the annual check up last year, I walked up behind him and saw him stuffing black handkerchief-like things down the vent. He said he was checking the air flow. Well a number of months later, we started noticing these pieces of black cloth all over the house under the **** vents!! After doing some online research, my suspicion is that he was going to claim that our **** vent lining was falling apart and we'd need to replace the entire vent system. He also told me that there was a coolant leak and that we would need to replace the **** system since the coolant is no longer produced. I told him to show me the leak since my brother is a machinist. He then quickly backed out. The next time we hired a different company and they said there was no leak.What fraud!

  Had ***** replace my main house air conditioning November 2023 and had a great experience. Fast forward to June 2024 and had a terrible experience. Technician came out said there were lots of problems with my system. said it was not going to work and I would have to have it replaced. Called another company. They came out a few days later and were able to get my air-conditioning unit up and running less than an hour.

  I had a 20 seer Diakin variable speed system installed July 2 2021. Since than it has been a nightmare. I have had them come out to service the system 15 to 20 times since installed. The reasons are no air flow, the system will not turn off when the temperature is reached according to the set temperature on the thermostats. What looked like a beautiful install with duct work needing to be done now looks like a cookie cutter. The salesmen said it need a bypass installed with my old system had a 8 inch bypass he insisted it needed a 12 inch byoass and a return vent installed at the bottom. Well they decided to take out the return vent and put a patch on it because it was getting to much air. Back in the last 3 or 4 months they decided the 12 inch bypass was too large so they took it out and put patches in it's place. They also moved some probes on the duct and they patched they holes with aluminum duct tape. Now the install looks like someone took a cookie cutter to the duct work. My kilowatts used since installed has risen significantly to where my electric bill has more than doubled compared to when I had the old system. I went from a 16 seer multiple speed to a 20 seer variable speed system. It has been 2 weeks now and they say the compressor and some sensors have gone and needed to be replaced. My old system work fine for 17/18 years and my new system is only 2 years 4 months old is a lemon and they can't get it straight. Meanwhile I have no HEAT.

  Very honest company and it starts at the top. Wayne (owner) has the utmost integrity. He will work with you to get you the best deal with the finest systems available to the consumer. Once you do business with Boothes Heating and AC you will never go with anyone else..
