      Another great experience from the best local heating and air conditioning company! From the initial phone call to set the service up, to the professional on-site service from Arik and Jimmy, and the follow-up to ensure I was satisfied, Beltway truly embodies putting the customer first. I have used Beltway to service my previous heat pump, install of my new heat pump, and duct cleaning and was always left amazed. Ryan leads his team with excellence. Beltway has always been and will continue to be my first call for anything HVAC, and now plumbing, related!

      I wanted to like them. They are friendly, but extremely prone to mistakes/overcharging. I have had to double check their basic math every single time (wrong on multiple occasions). They forget to apply the "Family Plan" discounts that we pay for monthly, so we are charged not only their monthly rate to be a part of this plan but then do not reap the benefits of it. They gave me a $5,661 estimate that did not include the 15% discount line item for paying in full, nor did it include the application of the money we accrued towards that installation...totaling $1000 they just forgot to include in the estimate that I was asked to accept. Constantly having to double check, cross-check, and request corrections of their mistakes became exhausting and frustrating to say the least. After struggling with this company for over a year, Amanda (GM) was accommodating in providing refunds for warranted mistakes and issues. I do appreciate that. Rather than "striving to give 5 star customer service when there is an issue" and apologizing for their *repeated* mistakes, charge customers correctly the 1st time...send estimates correctly the 1st time...apply discounts that are included in the monthly premium we pay. For the sake of your current customers', respect their wallets and their time. Do better.
