    On March 18, 2022, employees from The View Tree Services removed trees at my neighbor's home at ***************************************. In the processof cutting, a branch from the tree fell onto my property at ****************** fall damaging the shared fence, ripping a power line down from my house's outer wall, and shattering at least two (2) asbestos shingle tiles, exposing the wood of the wall and exposing it to the elements. I insisted that the power company **************************, (BG&E) be called to repair the line. While speaking to the owner, a man in his employ against my wishes tried to reattach the line. I insisted that the power company come and check the line. The owner and I had a conversation with representatives from BG&E and they agreed to come for repairs. The owner offered me three hundred dollars ($300) as compensation and asked me not to contact my insurance company as he would make it right. I refused the money as asbestos tiles cost more than that. The owner asked that I call him back in a few days as he knew someone licensed who could dothe repairs. I called the owner several times over the passing months and once was told that his contemporary had revied the damage and said he would have to special order the tiles. I asked the owner to notify me when he would return to speak to them personally. After several months my calls went unanswered and no one ever contacted me about the repairs. Now a little over a year later, I am trying to get the repairs done to my home before the wood rots or other damages occur while waiting for Tree View to do the repairs.I have two witnesses Mr. ******* ******, the owner of the property at ********************** ****** M. ***** **** and dated photos of the original damage and what the wall looks like today.
