    My name is Elizabeth Cooper. On 09/14/2022 called 1-800-373-7028 to pay my ******* bill but wasn't ******* it was highspeedinternet took 200.00 and told me it was Verizon. When I found out I called my bank to stop the payment but it was too late. When I found out that it was a scam I called my bank to cancel my debit card. My bank tried to get my money Back but highspeedinternet wouldn't. So, I reached hispeed internet they promised they will refund my money but they haven't. My husband and I live on a fixed income. My husband is a transplant retired marine. We want our money back please. Highspeedinternet full of scammers. I don't have address for them. I have only telephone number and email address. Please help!! I have included the transaction and letters with this email. Sincerely Elizabeth cooper
