      I received this vendor through Angi's list. The invoice was prepared to remove, carpet, replace carpet and padding, clean and sanitize the floor and 3 days to run dehumidifier and blower. The cost was $3600 and I cashapped his wife who was there with the owner. The only service that was provided was the removal of the carpet. They did not clean and sanitize floor or replace new carpet. When I contacted the owner, he gave me the run around. Now I am out of $3600. I am attaching the invoice. Thank You

Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/10/18) */ Thus customer was given a min nonrefundable deal with free installation if the flooring.Everythung was completed except the carpet installation.we performed water extraction ,mold treatment ,furniture manipulation ,carpet removal and ran drying equipment for 5 days.After that her basement flooded 2 more times and she said she didn't want the carpet.itvwas a non refundable package deal.If the deal is broken everything would be itemized which is more than 3600 for the services performed.Shecalso threatened me and my family with violence and curses by whitch craft.I can deliver the carpet but we are no longer offering free installation. He left his young son to cut the carpet and padding and place it outside. My fiancé and I live here. We put the padding and carpet that was left outside in the trash dumpster around the corner. Attached are current pictures of my basement floor today. Does it look like they cleaned it to you? I simply explained to him that Best Buy needed more time to diagnose the problem. He ran fans for 3 days. It does not say on that invoice that his service is non refundable or otherwise. He also did not state that when I spoke with as offered a $500 refund at the time. It has been 3 months and the truth is he and his family stole my carpet, money and time. I am prepared to take this on a civil level along with these complaints (Angi & BBB). This is ridiculous. My fiancé lives here and is witness. I don't trust him and would like a refund. He can keep $1600 for the work his son did and refund me $2000 and that is the only thing I will accept. Or I will pursue it further and it will be public record he scams customers. You cannot just steal people's money and think you're gonna to prevail. Nope. Thank You, Rashida ******** Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2022/10/20) */ It was explained to you that this was a package deal including free services the basement was treated for mold after the water extraction.we ran drying equipment for 5 days and removed carpet.you were suppose to pay more if we dumped the carpet that was not included.you broke the original agreement after your basement flooded 2 more times after we extracted the water.You are getting confused because we said we would give the floor a second cleaning before the install.you were given notice off the no refund policy on this job which is why you had to pay up front.The services you recieved already have a greater value than $3600.incan offer you an itemized bill for the services you have received.Inhave videos and text messages tonprove the basement
