    I order a new motherboard (Asus q524U) and a New WIFE (***) card with an antenna I believe I got a used unit because it had a **** tape seal on it and the motherboard port did not ******* did not charge, no charging light on. The battery was dead.I tested the power cord with a multimeter, it showed 19 volts.The WIFI card is not what I order. I had the battery charged on another computer to test the motherboard. Results on the charging port worked a bit then did not.The keyboard did not work with this mother board, I have to get an usb keyboard to operate this laptop.The WIFI card did not preform as well the *** with an antenna. (the antenna wire broke off, that is why I ordered a new one)Battery went dead.I called, texted, emailed Server Fit numerous times.Server Fit does not care about the money I am losing with a down computer everyday. From there responses, they just want to makes sells and forget about customer service.IF they treat small businesses like this? Imagine what they could do to a big business that needs 24 hours support and service. Server Fit does not have 24 hours service, support or overnight service.Server Fit stop me from making money with a down computer. The resolution I want is to get new mother board (Asus Q524U that works , and new wife (*** with an antenna) sent overnight The old motherboard returned with Server Fit paying for the return mail.Of course if Server Fit can not provide this simple customer service and support, refund the money.Server fit pays for the return mail of the motherboard and wife card,Sep 9, 2024, 12:34PM Sent email of problems no resolution.Order number.Sf15827548 Now let's see what your customer service is like?     In response to the customers allegations, we want to clarify our shipping and product testing processes at Servers Fit. Our website offers various shipping options, including next-day, two-day which are paid, and free ground shipping, which typically takes 5-6 days across the U.S. Customers selecting free shipping still receive their items promptly in just 2days , as evidenced by the *** tracking information.

    Regarding the customers order for a motherboard, we conduct thorough testing on all our products before shipment and have detailed test reports available. After the customer reported an issue, our technical department provided guidance, indicating that the problem was related to his computers Wi-Fi card, not the motherboard itself. We advised him to consult a local technician for assistance. Despite this, he requested a return and an overnight delivery for the motherboard.

    It appears there may have been a misunderstanding about the actual issue with his system. Once the customer resolved his problem, he filed a complaint with the BBB.

    At Servers Fit, we handle ***** orders daily and strive to maintain excellent customer service, addressing any issues that arise. We offer refunds when we are at fault, provide free shipping, and extend free technical support to our customers.

    Two issues not resolved.  Not acceptable.

     

    That company quoted new motherboard.  It was shipped with an **** tape which implies a used unit.  Either way it does not work properly.

    Second the wifi that was shipped was not a OEM part, no antenna wires for the wifi.

    Third customer service is slow.  I am amazed that business buys from them.  The unacceptable delays and lack of making things right..

    Servers Fit, like to clarify a few points regarding the order in question. Our website clearly states that all products listed are "Refurbished," and this is also outlined in our policy pages.

    While we do offer new products, we have thoroughly reviewed the call recordings and reports for this order. The customer did not request a new item, and we always inform customers about new options when available, given the price difference between new and refurbished items.

    We have several of products listed on ****** and **** as we have multiple warehouses and fellow vendors across the country this was Servers Fit who sent the product to the customer. If that was not the case the customer wouldn't have received what he ordered.

    The product was sent by Servers Fit, and its important to note that OEM refurbished items typically do not include all accessories, which is standard practice.

    Regarding shipping, the customer selected free ground shipping, which takes 5-7 business days. However, we covered the cost and the units were delivered within just 2 days.

    I am rejecting this response because of refurbished (used not new) and Wifi card with no antena is not what I order.  I order new and Wifi card with an antenna (OEM ). 

    I would like to just get my money back if possible return the unacceptable parts.

    The way it looks Preserves.  Waiting to long respond, to long to fix the problem.  

    Fast and correct action is the key to customer service and return customers.  They only worried about the sale, not customer service to do things right.

    I do not want to pay for mediation of $200.  The company can.  I already lost over $ 200 of used **** product and sent a wifi card without an antenna.

     

    If nothing gets resolved here. Total refund and send the product by on the companies postage.

    Then I go State Attorney office of customer protection office.  Then it will become a legal matter.

    Wow, honestly I wanted to buy a good reliable product from a good reliable company.

    Other IT guys advise to to use their vendors for now on to great quality products with awesome customer support service (24 hours). I made logical mistake using this company.  

     

    Buyer beware.  Lesson learned.
