    I was scheduled to be paid my last check on September 20th, 2022, and never received direct deposit. I previously worked for the company but quit On September 2 due to pay issues prior. I contacted the chief of Operations White via email, phone and text multiple times the week of sept. 12 to ensure there would be no pay issues on the 20th. I received a direct deposit link via email on Sept. 19,2022 at approximately 2:17 p.m. for payday Sept.20th. I missed a number when submitting the direct deposit and tried to edit it but couldn't. Only HR has the authority to edit. I called chief of operations White asap and was told he submitted payroll I'll have to wait until the Sept 20 because the funds should come back being as though the account info doesn't match to the name. On Sept. 20 I text white I did not receive my pay. I was told he was going to get in contact with the payroll company. I gave white another day to get it resolved. On Sept. 21st I contacted white again I was told he was awaiting a call from the payroll company again no check. on Sept 22nd I contacted white again still the same excuse waiting on QuickBooks the payroll company Black Forest signed up for a less than a week before payday as been told by others still no paycheck. I then contacted the owner of the company and was told he was unaware I wasn't paid he'll look into this matter on Sept 22. I received a call from someone in charge of books of Black Forest on Sept.22 after talking to the owner names Mr. Taylor. On Sept. 22nd Mr. Taylor was able to edit the system while on the phone and change the direct deposit account information but still told me they'll have to wait until M&T bank get the funds back in order to send me a check. There's no telling how long it'll take. Had Mr. White direct deposit info prior to submitting payroll within 30 minutes we wouldn't have this problem. The funds will come back to their Mt bank not mine. I need my money for the 76 hours I worked.
