    I've used Enjoyed CPR in the past and I have not had any issues. UNTIL NOW.... My team needed to renew their CPR credential, I called Enjoy CRP to set up an in person class. The day of the class we closed our office early to make sure we were all ready at 1:30pm, we waited for about 15 minutes and the instructor never showed, I called Enjoy CPR 3 times to see what was going on and to know if the instructor was on their way, no answered. I sent the team home since we had been waiting for over 20 min now. The instructor showed up 25 minutes late. At this point I was the only one in the office. Called Enjoy CPR to let them know that the instructor showed up late and needed a full refund since we did get recertified. At that point they said it will only refund half since we did part of our training on line ( which we did not). I emailed back and asked again for a full refund since that was inaccurate. They looked into their records and agreed to refund the $575 of the $675, when asked why not the full amount, Enjoy CRP stated that the $100 is for the instructors travel. I have disputed this 3 times via email, I was told a manager will call me back. It ahs been now 2 months and no call. None of my calls go through and am not able to leave a message.

    We would like to bring to your attention the dispute that we are currently facing with our customer regarding their reservation for onsite private training. We have had several meetings with the customer and have been working towards a resolution.

    It is important to note that the customer agreed to our policies, which clearly state that we have a no refund policy. However, in the event that a class does not take place, we always offer the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

    In this case, we did offer the customer the option of a refund, but unfortunately, we were unable to refund the travel fee as our instructor had already traveled to their location. Despite this, we offered the customer a complimentary refund for the class fee, minus the non-refundable travel fee.

    Unfortunately, the customer did not agree to our proposal, and we have been unable to reach a resolution. We stand by our decision to issue the complimentary refund as we believe it is fair and reasonable given the circumstances.

    We appreciate your time and attention to this matter and hope that we can come to a satisfactory resolution for both parties involved.
